The dresses will be made upon order and you should expect your items to be delivered by end of March / early April 2024.

We will do our best to meet the estimated delivery time frame but cannot always do this. In which case, you will be kept informed on a regular basis.

Payment is taken and processed at the time your order is placed. If for any reason we cannot fill your order, a full refund will be issued.

If you change your mind, we will accept cancellations within 24 hours from placing your order and a full refund will be issued. If you're unhappy with your dress once delivered, you may be offered a store credit of a particular value at our discretion.
