Return & Refund Policy

Elise Fayre places customer satisfaction in very high regard, and we want you to be pleased with your purchase. However, in the event that you wish to return part of your order, you may return your goods within a window of 14 days from receiving your items, on the condition that, all items are returned in their original packaging as unworn, undamaged, unwashed and do not display any defects. Additionally, items must all have fabric labels and swing tags intact; a refund will be processed accordingly thereafter.

Any requests outside of the 14 day window will unfortunately be rejected. 

We reserve the right to refuse a return if it fails to meet the above terms.

All refunds will be processed via the original means of payment. Please allow a 14 day period for us to process and assess your refund. Once complete, please allow a 3-5 working days window for your funds to reflect in your account. 

Requesting a Return 

If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return, you will need to contact our customer service team via customercare@elisefayre.com, stating your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive your email, we will reply with further instructions.

If you do not receive our email, please check your spam/junk folder.

Items that are returned and discovered to be faulty, will be automatically returned back to you.

Depending on the nature of the fault, you may be offered a store credit of a particular value at our discretion. 

Sale Items 

All items in our Sale or Flash Sale are non refundable/non returnable so please check the sizing before you buy.  We try to describe as accurately as possible.

Important Note

Product exchanges are currently not possible, but you do have the option of returning your items within 14 days of receipt of your order. In order to get another product, colour or size, you will have to place a new order.
We recommend that all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, ensuring your items are well packaged, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘Returned Goods’, to avoid any customs charges. Elise Fayre cannot be held responsible for Customs Charges levied against us due to insufficient data/incorrectly labelled returns.

Please note; Elise Fayre does not yet offer free returns. Return postage charges are non-refundable unless your order has been deemed faulty or incorrect.
