Return & Refund Policy

At élise, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you need to return any part of your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your items, provided that:

  • All items are returned in their original packaging

  • Items are unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and free from any defects

  • Fabric labels and swing tags are still attached

Once we receive and verify your return, a refund will be processed accordingly.

Please note: Any requests made outside the 14-day window will regrettably be declined. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.


UK Returns

While return shipping is free, a £5 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers the cost of handling and return shipping, and only applies when using the élise-provided return label and service.


International Returns

For returns from outside the UK, please email our customer care team at customercare@elisefayre.com for instructions.

Please clearly mark any international return packages as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid customs charges. élise cannot be held responsible for customs duties incurred due to insufficient or incorrect labelling.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, including all international returns.


Refund Processing

All refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process and assess your return. After this, it may take an additional 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.


Requesting a Return

To request a return, please contact our team at customercare@elisefayre.com with your order number and reason for return. If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, kindly check your spam/junk folder.

Items returned that are found to be faulty after inspection will be returned to you. At our discretion, a store credit may be offered depending on the nature of the issue.


Sale Items

All items marked as Final Sale, Flash Sale, or from the Outlet section are non-refundable and non-returnable. We recommend checking sizing and product details carefully before making a purchase, as these items are excluded from our standard returns policy.


Important Notes

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, colour, or size, please place a new order.

  • All return parcels should be sent using a trackable service. We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

  • Return postage is non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

  • élise cannot be held liable for costs incurred due to incorrectly entered delivery address information. Please ensure your details are accurate when placing your order.
