Returns & Refund Policy
At élise, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you need to return any part of your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your items, provided that all items are returned in their original packaging, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and free from any defects. Additionally, items must have their fabric labels and swing tags intact. Once we receive and verify your return, a refund will be processed accordingly.
Please Note: Any requests made outside of the 14-day window will regrettably be declined.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.
Refund Processing
All refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process and assess your refund. After this, it may take an additional 3-5 working days for the funds to reflect in your account.
Requesting a Return
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team at customercare@elisefayre.com, including your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond promptly with further instructions.
If you do not receive a reply, please check your spam/junk folder.
Items returned that are found to be faulty will be automatically sent back to you. Depending on the nature of the fault, we may offer a store credit at our discretion.
Sale Items
Please note that all items in our Final Sale or Flash Sale are non-refundable and non-returnable. We recommend checking the sizing carefully before making a purchase, as we strive to provide accurate descriptions.
Important Notes
- Product exchanges are currently not possible. If you wish to obtain a different product, colour, or size, you will need to place a new order.
- We strongly recommend sending all return packages via a trackable service to ensure your items are well protected, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
- If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid any customs charges. élise cannot be held responsible for customs charges incurred due to insufficient information or incorrectly labelled returns.
Return Postage: Please note that élise does not currently offer free returns. Return postage costs are non-refundable unless your order has been deemed faulty or incorrect.
