Our Terms and Conditions are based on the products we supply to you.

Please ensure you read through our entire Terms & Conditions carefully before processing an order with us. HOW WE CONTACT YOU


In the event that we need to get in touch with you, we will do so via telephone or by written email to the email address provided to us when placing your order.

 

ACCEPTING ORDERS, CONTRACTS AND ORDER NUMBERS

A contract between Elise Fayre and our valued customer exists at the point of order confirmation, which is sent to you in writing via email once we've accepted your order. From there, we will assign to you an individual order number and inform you of it on our 'order confirmation' email. If you need to contact us, you are required to provide us with your order number to enable us to respond to your enquiry in a timely and efficient manner. 

 

WHEN WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT YOUR ORDER


In the unlikely event that we are unable to accept you order, we will take written action to inform you at first notice, and not charge you for your purchase.

This unfortunate circumstance may occur due to an item being out of stock, or because of unexpected limits or delays on our resources which we were unable to preempt. We may also have had a discrepancy occur in our price or description of a product, or our shipping partners are unable to meet a delivery deadline you requested.

 

VARIATIONS OF IMAGERY

Although we do our upmost to ensure that all images of our products displayed on the site are shown accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours will not vary.


All of our products are hand dyed, and hand crafted, meaning that there is a potential our products may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website.

 

MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER

All potential changes to an order are subject to the garment in question. For more information on whether the change is possible, please contact us via customercare@elisefayre.com with ORDER CHANGES as your subject title. 


DELIVERY COSTS


All of our delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

 

WHEN AND HOW YOUR PRODUCTS ARE DELIVERED


We will deliver the products to you as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order via our chosen courier service.

After handing your order over to our chosen trusted shipping partners, Elise Fayre is not responsible for any delays outside of our as it is outside of our immediate control. Please see our SHIPPING page for more information.

In the unlikely event that our product supply is delayed by external circumstances outside of our control, we will update you via the information you have provided. Once we have done this, we are not liable for delays caused by the event.
 

LATE DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Elise Fayre would like to assure you that you have legal rights should our delivery of your order be late if any of the following apply:

You are able to set a new deadline for delivery with us provided that it is reasonable. You maintain the right to terminate our contract should we be unable to meet the new deadline.

 

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER DUE TO LATE DELIVERY

If you choose to end your contract with us under the clauses outlined above regarding late delivery of products, you may cancel your order or reject delivered products.

 

RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNED GOODS

Once the product has been successfully delivered it then becomes your responsibility entirely. When we have received a full payment for the product, you are in possession and are the owner of the goods.

 

PAYMENT


We accept payment with all major debit and credit cards, and paypal. You're required to pay for the products before we dispatch them, and you will not be charged until your order has been dispatched.

 

DAMAGES


In the unlikely event that we fail to meet the demands of our contract and facilitate foreseeable damages, the responsibility for damages is ours. If damages take place outside of our specified care and controlled environment, the consequences of damages are the
