REQUEST A RETURN
If you wish to request a return and have an account with us, please visit MY ACCOUNT to log-in and request a return. If you purchased an item with us using a guest account, kindly send an email containing your full name and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org with REFUND REQUEST as your subject title.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
If you're unhappy with an item you have received, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us at email@example.com, where we we strive to offer our customers with the best possible solutions to your query. However, if you would like to return an item/s that you're not entirely satisfied with, please follow the instructions above to issue a formal refund.
Your purchase/s must be returned to us in their original packaging, in a saleable condition with all labels and tags attached within 14 days of reciept.
All of our pieces are photographed and quality checked before they are sent out to our customers, ensuring that your item arrives in pristine condition. If you wish to return an item to us, it will be subjected to a thorough vetting process and quality check before processing a refund.
At this time we cannot offer a return shipping fee service. When returning or exchanging an order, the financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us. To ensure your item reaches us safely, please post with a reliable shipping partner, ideally as signed/recorded.
